Jane Frost, BS
Role: Geriatric Care Manager
Jane has worked in the field of Elder Care for over ten years, counseling families in need of resources, dementia education, and, ultimately, assisted living for loved ones with progressive memory loss. She has planned and hosted monthly family caregiving workshops, bringing in local, regional, and even national experts to speak about caring for the person with dementia. She, too, speaks in the community about memory loss to audiences of family caregivers as well as health care professionals. Helping families understand this journey is her passion and a privilege.
Jane attends professional education conferences annually, with a focus on best dementia practices and care, to keep current in this field. And, as an Alzheimer’s Association trained facilitator, she led a family caregiver support group for the past ten years. She is known for her outreach efforts in the community and has developed an extensive network of senior service providers upon whom she may call to help the family caregiver.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, graduating with highest honors from Lawrence Technological University.
